09/10/24AEG served as financial advisor to this stressed distributor of consumer recreational products. Impacted by a drop in sales due to a market slowdown, the Company was no longer in a position to service its debt. AEG assisted by developing a plan to stabilize the Company, identifying additional opportunities for cost savings, and significantly improved the predictability of the Company’s cash forecasting process. AEG led the negotiations with the lender consortium for a consensual restructuring based upon the revised plan.
