SaaS Roll-Up Turns to AEG to Rebuild Strategy [more]
9/15/2022AEG stepped into assist a sponsor-backed SaaS operation based on the East Coast which had recently undergone a wholesale change in both ownership and management. A struggling roll-up that had purchased a series of overlapping businesses without a unifying strategy, the Company needed to develop a strategy, determine which market offerings were core to the business, while putting in place a plan to integrate the various operations. AEG quickly identified the strengths and shortcomings of each product offering, determined how each fit into the Company’s core value proposition, and created a process to determine product level profitability. Based on that analysis and working closely with the management team, AEG designed a go forward plan for the core business, while developing a phase out plan for the remaining businesses
